Afford A Lifestyle Of Luxury Living in Penang, Malaysia

How do you decide which country is the right one to live in and invest abroad? You might find it an overwhelming decision with so many choices available. The truth is there’s plenty to consider before making any final decisions to pursue your overseas dreams. It’s not just about picking the best picture postcard of your dream home.

Whether you are looking for a second home...a holiday home...a retirement home...an investment home, Penang, Malaysia has it all! Found off the north coast of Malaysia, this little island doubles as a tourist and expatriate magnet. Malaysia’s secret weapon, Penang with its natural beauty and exotic heritage has attracted many curious visitors to its shores.

A place of mysterious temples and tropical beaches lined with palm trees was the backdrop that famous British novelist, Somerset Maugham used as he spun stories about the romance of the colonial white planter in South-East Asia.

But, why Malaysia you may ask? It’s all about Malaysia My Second Home (MM2H)! The MM2H program is an attractive package that the Malaysian government has designed to attract in particular retirees to come to Malaysia and set up home here. Malaysia offers a myriad of reasons for an expatriate to settle permanently here. And most of all Malaysians are willing to welcome you into their hearts and homes.

Retirees will find that life is much more fun and relaxed while living in Penang, Malaysia, which is a retiree’s haven with ample time on their hands to pursue all those dreams and hobbies which they have never found time for. Cultivating exotic orchids in your garden, taking yoga classes, improving your handicap in golf, having time to try out recipes that you have been saving from magazines, helping out at a charity home are some of the hobbies that may be pursued.

Penang’s exceptional low cost of living and tax-friendly system is most attractive to retirees and foreigners looking for a second home. Property and rental costs are low. Shopping for food in the well-stocked supermarkets is cheap. This is achieved through the Government’s efficient monitoring of the economy in ensuring that inflation is kept low at all times and thereby also the prices of goods and services. A retiree’s pension when transferred to Malaysia will stretch much further than in their home country.

Buying property in Penang is fairly easy. The most popular belt for foreigners to settle along is the exotic northern coastal area, where the most desirable neighbourhoods can be found, with its white sandy beaches and sea-facing apartments and condominiums with million-dollar views. Wake up in the morning to a gentle breeze from the sea, a clear blue sky splashed with the vibrant colors of a rising sun and far off fishing boats bringing in the day’s catch.

A growing expatriate community needs quality new accommodation, in up-market central districts. There are several options – bungalows, semi-detached homes, apartments and condominiums. Penang boasts of many high end condominiums with state-of-the-art facilities like pool, gym, well-maintained lifts, 24-hour security coverage, ample parking, beautiful landscaped gardens and convenience stores within the complex.

Penang today is very much a blend of the old and the new - a bustling port, a heritage city, and an industrial base. Perhaps it has more to offer per square mile than any other place in the world.

I was asked frequently...

You see, I play many roles for my living...

But, when I was asked, "What do you do for a living?"

My standard answer is, "Internet Marketing".

"Oh? What's that?"

Well, in our country, internet marketing is still very new... and people tend to associate that with pyramid system, scams, spams, or even... porns...

So, that response is very standard... with a very curious eyes staring down at me.

"Well, I sell stuffs on the internet, like e-books, courses and contents."

"Oh? Interesting."

Well, frankly, if they are interested, they would normally ask the following question:

"How do you do that?"

If they don't ask, I really doubt their reply: "Oh? Interesting."

Anyway, that's one question which I was frequently asked...

"How do you sell over the Internet?"

Well look, I'm not here to teach anyone internet marketing.

In fact, I rarely do, even though I'm a trainer too.

Recently, on 20-21st Oct, my internet marketing teacher, Patric Chan conducted a workshop.

Because there were some (in fact, quite a lot of them) that are very new to the business, so he asked me to conduct a Pre-Workshop day.

That's the very rare occasion I stood out to speak about internet marketing.

Well, in that Pre-Workshop day, I didn't really touch on the 'marketing' aspect. I was more like a 'how-to' instructor, like how to buy and point the domain dns; how to setup hosting and email; how to create their webpages, etc.

And here are some pictures of me in action that day.

The next question which I was frequently asked is...

"Since you're not teaching internet marketing, there are so many programs online. Which one should I take?"

Now, before this, I would have blurted out some names, including Patric's.

But then, I notice that those who are new would be confused... and will be 'confuser' after getting more courses.

Only recently, I notice this new site and I found that the e-books which they are offering are a very good start up guide for those who are new to internet marketing.

In fact, even if you're already a seasoned internet marketer, you would benefit from their financial planning information.

I was glad that finally, someone stood up and tells what's true, and what's hyped up claims, made about internet marketing. And the solutions which they offer were not something others are already doing.

No secrets. No underground stuff. Just plain common sense which is based on logic and verifiable observations.

Well, you may say that I am speaking highly of them. I can't help but to do so. Their products are good.

What's more?

Their website is using the medieval concepts - yup about swords, armor, dragons and wizards.

I admit - I was drawn to that because I'm also a hardcore fan of medieval stuffs, like Lord of the Ring, King Arthur etc.

Well, you are probably as excited now - what's this site?

OK, here you go:

http://www.TheNewbieHeroes.com

Now, you'll notice that I didn't put any funny coding on the link. Yup, not my affiliate link.

I recommend them because I really feel that it'll help anyone who is involved in internet marketing, be it newbie or seasoned player.

I've personally read their e-books. It's good. I like what they're saying there.

So, you can go and have a look now:

http://www.TheNewbieHeroes.com

Now, after this, perhaps, I'll be asked frequently... "Who are these Newbie Heroes."

To that question, I can only answer, "I don't know!"

Perhaps they'll reveal their true identity after some time. Hopefully.

Now, my frequently asked question has come to an end.

I'm going to do my sword-fighting in the vast land of Middle Kingdom called the Internet, and make my living. :)
