Balancing between Yin and Yang
I wanted to carry on creating my information website http://www.TaichiExerciseForHealth.com yesterday, but then I remembered that I had promised my girlfriend, Janice, to go watch "Wars of the World" after my office hours.
Which and which now???
Well, I'm passionate about Tai Chi and wanted to share with as many people, and as soon as possible. But then, what is passion all about if I cannot put in 'passion' and 'time' to those that I love dearly?
Tai Chi Chuan is based on I-Ching, and the principles in I-Ching are talking about balancing the yin and yang elements. If one elements goes to the extreme, the other will begin to set in.
There's this statement in I-Ching: "When the yin goes to the extreme, the yang is born. And when the yang goes to the extreme, the yin is born". This is represented by the 2-fish diagram, and if you go in clock wise on the diagram, you will find that as one element grows more and more and reach its peak, the other elements will begin to grow in replacement.
What does this mean to me then? Or to anyone else?
Simple: we have to balance our life in every aspects, and do not just focus only on one or a few. We have to balance between work and personal life, between family and friends, between material and spiritual, and the list goes on. Otherwise, there will be dis-harmony in our lives.
This is also what Tai Chi Chuan is specifically all about - balancing between the tranquility and dynamic. To find out more about Tai Chi Chuan, I suggest you download my free e-Report from:

Although Janice said that she don't mind me working, I decided to call off my plan to work on the site and went to the movie with Janice. We had a simple, but nice dinner together, and then went for the show. We were lucky that we managed to get the last two comfortable seats for that screening. Under guidance of Tai Chi - it is obvious that last evening was meant to be a movie-evening for us! :)
"Wars of the World" is great! I found it fresh to see Tom Cruise acting in a less heroic, average-joe, and selfish character who cares about nothing but himself who eventually, under the circumstances and his natural fatherly love, became a hero in his own way! I believe this role will be another boost for him as he has always been seen acting heros on the screen. Now, talk about balancing the yin and yang!!! That's a good balance for him!
After last nite, I felt more refresh today, and tonight, will definitely go on to work on my information site:

Hope that you too can balance the yin and yang in your life! :)
Cheers, and may the Energy of Tai Chi be with you!
